In terms of ideology, all employees should deeply study and understand the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, draw spiritual nutrients from the party's Centennial great struggle history, combine the party's great spirit of hard struggle and not afraid of sacrifice with the actual production and operation of the company and personal jobs, improve work efficiency, dare to pay, effectively improve combat skills and enhance the cohesion of the company. In terms of distribution, the company should strictly follow the relevant requirements of Fangda group and carbon sector, fully reflect the principle of more pay for more work and fair distribution from the company system, reasonably arrange the existing staffing, and increase employees objectively, fairly and reasonably with the increase of production capacity.
