Strong quality, excellent performance, exhibition style, Chengdu carbon holds labor skill competition

In order to improve employees' vocational skills and technological innovation ability, promote employees' multiple abilities in one post, and give full play to employees' role as a new force in promoting the healthy development of the company, Chengdu carbon recently launched a labor skills competition with the theme of "strong quality, excellent performance and elegant demeanor". A total of 34 people including 16 day turners, 6 welders, 6 electricians and 6 fitters participated in the competition. The competition is divided into two parts: theoretical examination and practical operation. The two scores account for 30% and 70% respectively. After fierce competition, Wang chuanlun from the molding branch won the crown of crown block worker; Gong Wanbo, Feng tuliang and Tan Xiaogang from the maintenance team of the equipment department won the first place in electrician, fitter and welder respectively.

It is reported that the participants in this competition are mainly forces Nouvelles. The person in charge of the equipment department said: when selecting the contestants, we focus on the employees with relatively short entry time. The purpose is to explore the "top technology" through the skill competition and help everyone find their own weaknesses.
