R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Undertake research and development and testing tasks of new materials;
2. New product development, product system design improvement, process optimization;
3. Summarize the experimental data in the project development process to provide experimental basis for the project development;
4. Summarize product research and development experience, improve product performance, and carry out technological innovation of products according to project requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above (master degree preferred), major in chemistry, material or related;
2. Research experience in carbon carbon composite materials, graphene (thermal conductivity film), hard carbon, conductive paste, anode materials and so on is preferred;
Familiar with material testing and experimental methods;
4. Proficient in computer operation and office software.

Salary:

The salary is based on the position and "Chengdu Carbon Staff Salary incentive Plan" standard implementation.
