2、 Project overview
Chengdu 30000 ton carbon project is located at No. 62, Hewen East Road, Longquanyi District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The interior decoration works of the remaining areas of the comprehensive R & D building of Chengdu carbon 30000 ton project (excluding the laboratory and dormitory areas), with a decoration construction area of about 8500 square meters. Among them, the fine decoration construction area is about 1300 square meters, and the ordinary decoration construction area is about 7200 square meters.
3、 Bidder qualification requirements
This bidding requires that the bidder must have the qualification of independent legal person; It has grade II or above qualification for professional contracting of Building Decoration Engineering issued by the competent construction administrative department, valid safety production license, has undertaken at least two or more similar projects in recent three years, and has the ability to undertake the construction of the project in terms of personnel, equipment and funds. The bidder is not allowed to have affiliated or participate in the bidding in the form of consortium.
4、 Prequalification time and acquisition of bidding documents
All interested bidders are requested to submit qualification examination documents and contact information (including e-mail address) from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m. every day from January 5, 2022 to January 20, 2022. Delivery method: on-site delivery, mail and e-mail. The location is No. 88, NanEr Road, Chengdu Economic Development Zone.
The qualification examination documents include but are not limited to: enterprise business license, qualification certificate, work safety license, power of attorney and valid ID card of legal representative, performance of similar projects, enterprise honor, etc. (the above materials are copies with official seal).
